TITLE: Slack Demo

Slack is a tool that enhances work group communications. It provides a platform for individual and groups to chat live online and keep conversations organized and accessible from anywhere, anytime.

We will present Stanford Slack basic functionality, explain what kind of data may be shared, or not, via Slack and provide some examples of applications that may be successfully integrated with Slack to increase effectiveness at work.

Rachel Baker, Communication Manager in the Department of Surgery and a Slack pro-user, will join us to share her knowledge and answer questions.
