Talk Title: Research Update: Fibrosis and Immunity in Solid Tumors
Bio: Dr. Daniel Delitto is an Assistant Professor of Surgery and Associate Chair of Academic Affairs at Stanford University. He earned his BS in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and his MD from the University of Pittsburgh, followed by a PhD in immunology from the University of Florida and a surgical oncology fellowship at Johns Hopkins University.
At Stanford Medicine, Dr. Delitto specializes in gastrointestinal oncology, with a focus on hepatopancreatobiliary malignancies, foregut cancers, and sarcoma. His research focuses on fibrosis and immunity in cancer, particularly pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
