Talk Title: Synthetic and Nature-derived Non-toxic Actively Targeted Nanomedicine Platform technology for Cancer treatments
Dr. Sharma earned his Ph.D. from BITS-Pilani, India, and previously served as an assistant professor at UPES University in Dehradun, India. He is esteemed for innovative advancements in cancer-targeted nanotherapeutics within the scientific community. His accolades include the American Cancer Society (ACS) Postdoctoral Fellowship for 2024-2026, NCI-U54 Stanford Brain Metastatic Cancer (SBMC) seed grants, recognition in the SITC Sparkathon Class of 2023 program, SITC-Best Technology Awards, and travel awards from Keystone, SITC, SMR, and AACR (2023-2025). Dr. Sharma’s impactful work in nanomedicine for cancer therapy has led to four patents and a substantial portfolio of more than 51 publications in peer reviewed journals.
