Procedural/Safety/SIMPL Training
The Department of Surgery is rolling out a new operative assessment for ALL residents known as SIMPL, System for Improving and Measuring Procedural Learning. SIMPL is a smartphone-based system that makes it feasible to evaluate residents after each procedure they perform.
The SIMPL Grand Rounds will include a presentation on the app’s assessment and mechanics. The session will be hands-on, so please bring your smartphone ready to work.
ALL Plastic, Vascular and General Surgery Faculty and residents (Including Interns) should attend!
