Please note that the first week (12/25-12/29) of the 2017 winter closure is paid by the University. Staff will not need to use accruals that week. 2017 PTO and floating holidays that have not been used before the closure will be forfeit.
Accruals must be used for 4 days for the second week of the closure(1/1-1/5). PTO and/or floating holiday can be used for that week but will come from the 2018 grant.
