2025 Annual Research Meeting (June 7 – 10, 2025)
On June 7-10, 2025, health services researchers, policy analysts, clinicians and community members using evidence and data to transform health and health care will once again convene
in-person for the AcademyHealth Annual Research Meeting (ARM). This year’s conference will take place in Minneapolis, MN. All submitters should be prepared to present in-person.
An important annual milestone for the community, the ARM is AcademyHealth’s biggest and most popular meeting of the year, offering an irreplaceable forum for connection, recognition, reflection, learning and professional networking opportunities.

Each week, S-SPIRE hosts an in-person Work-In-Progress session (WIP) for faculty members and trainees to present their research and receive feedback on projects in every phase of development—from drafting specific aims pages, to parsing grant review committee comments, to abstracts/papers/methods in preparation.

The 80th ASSH Annual Meeting is designed for surgeons to share new concepts and revisit established principles pertaining to hand and upper extremity. Hand care professionals from around the world will come together to share, discuss and learn about breakthrough techniques and procedures advancing the care and treatment of hand and upper extremity.

After your abstract has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your abstract login information. You can continue to login and update your abstract until the submission deadline for the abstract type you initially submitted. Your abstract will not be reviewed until after the deadline, unless otherwise indicated.

- US $75.00 for non-members.
- Authors from LMIC countries: $0 for AST, ASTS, or TTS members.
- Authors from LMIC countries: US $25 for non-members.
- Language: Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
